Frequently asked questions
How do I pay for a class?
Send a join request first. The teacher WhatsApps you their bank details; you pay and upload the slip. The class opens once they approve it. For later months, tap Request bank details on your payments page.
What if my slip is rejected?
You’ll see the teacher’s reason. Upload a clearer or corrected slip from Payments.
What happens after the grace period?
If a month stays unpaid past the grace period, the class pauses. It reopens once that month’s slip is approved.
What does a teacher need before publishing?
An approved teacher account. A paid class also needs a bank account, a weekly session, an exam stage and a fee.
